Q. Where can I try Geneva products?

 

A. You can arrange for a member of the Geneva team to visit your band room, enabling you to try instruments within your band/ensemble setting. Alternatively, you can arrange a free 10 day trial of any instrument (full refundable deposit required). 

 

You can also try Geneva products at a number of brass specialist retailers. Check the official Geneva Instruments dealers here for your local stockist.

 

 

Q. Where are the instruments made?

 

A. All Geneva Instruments products are designed in the UK by our R&D department. The R&D team develop all Geneva Instrument products in the UK workshop in North Yorkshire, England pushing boundaries and setting new standards in brass instrument designs.

 

The final instrument designs are then transferred to our factory in the Czech Republic. With over 150 years of instrument manufacturing the instrument technicians are some of the most skilled and experienced brass musical instrument craftsmen. The highly skilled instrument technicians manufacture every Geneva Instrument by hand before shipping the completed instruments to the UK for the final quality control check.

 

 

Q. Do you offer a part exchange option?

 

A. Yes, Geneva Instruments provide a part exchange option on all products. Geneva Instruments offer the most competitive and attractive part exchange deals available.

 

 

Q. What are the instrument finish options?

 

A. Geneva Instruments offer a wide option of instruments finishes. All instruments are manufactured in either silver plate or lacquer but custom finishes are available on order. Finishes include raw brass, gold plated, brushed finish and even a mixture of finishes.

 

 

Q. Can I have an instrument customized?

 

A. Every Geneva Instrument can be customized to your personal requirements. With a consultation with a member of the R&D department we can produce you an instrument individual to you and your personal requirements.
